MattedOrange for Apex 9.x by froli

MattedOrange is inspired by jabbawalkee's MattedBlues.

This is an early release, more themed apps will come in near future.

This theme includes:
- CRT OFF animation
- Overscroll animation
- 1% battery indicator
- Honeycomb lockscreen
- 9 scrollable toggles in notification dropdown
- Nice looking :D

Themed apps:
-  Gmail.apk
- Talk.apk
- Settings.apk (White icons)
- Touchwiz Launcher

Note that the updater-script will wipe cache and dalvik-cache itself to avoid problems. The first boot will take more time than usual.
