MattedBlues port for Apex 10.x by froli

MattedBlues is a theme created by xda member jabbawalkee and ported to Apex by froli13.

This theme includes:
- CRT OFF animation
- Overscroll animation
- 1% battery indicator
- Honeycomb lockscreen
- 9 scrollable toggles in notification dropdown New!
- Nice looking :D

Since Apex 8.3 and August 2 release of MattedBlues, EDT Tweaks app is deprecated. 

You can find all the good old tweaks in Settings --> Device Customisation

Note that the updater-script will wipe cache and dalvik-cache itself to avoid problems. The first boot will take more time than usual.

- Optimized framework and most of the themed apks. Small performance gain.
(It reduces size of pngs. If pngs are smaller, they'll load faster,
so the application will load faster)
- Added support for EDT Tweaks app! You can modify the statusbar to your liking!!

- New battery indicator without percentage
(became useless now that I added EDT Tweaks)
- Statusbar background is back!! :D

- Now based on JVP ApeX 7 framework
- New toast popup background
- I didn't achieve to make SystemUI.apk display a png as notification bar background so I set a color instead, but I will do my best to bring back the background image for the next release
- Fixed separators color in menu and submenu
- Fixed the cursor popup menu where the icons would be bigger than the background
- Some themed apps are now having TW4/SGS II icons instead of AOSPish MattedBlues icons let me know which one you prefer.
- Maybe other things I forgot...

- The theme has now 2 zips. One for CWM2 and the other one for CWM3
- CWM3 zip working finally

- No more invisible text
